As for the other categories, we choose only the best food produced according to original Italian traditions. Our D.O.P Parmesan is 28 months matured, the Grana Padano D.O.P is 16 month matured and we keep the same attention on selecting a few lesser known products, but equally unique and tasty ones which can be found in our traditional and regional cusine:The Gorgonzola cheese which comes from a city near Milan, the Fontina cheese from the northeast region of Italy or the famous Pecorino that originates from Sardinia and largely produced in Tuscany region.
